Way to the Rammelsberg

There will be closures of individual roads in and around Goslar this year.

Despite the construction work taking place and planned on the access roads as well as in the city area of Goslar, it will be possible to reach the Rammelsberg at any time. We will constantly update the information below.

As of 8/8/22

Road construction measures within Goslar

Since August 8th, after the completion of the last construction phase, there has been a new construction project. From the evening of August 8th, the junction at Sieben Linden up to the junction at Dr.-Wilhelm-Kempe-Strasse will be developed under complete closure. This is expected to be for a period of three weeks. Pedestrians and cyclists can pass on the sidewalk. A corresponding diversion for motor vehicles will be signposted. Coming from the direction of Okerstraße, for example, this leads via Köppelsbleek, Bismarckstraße, Hildesheimer Straße, via Von-Garßen-Straße to Clausthaler Straße, where you then come to Rammelsberger Straße as usual.

Access to Goslar from the north via the B6

Since June 20th there has been a complete closure of the federal highway 6 due to construction work between Kunigunde and Goslar. The long-distance diversion route for the construction project runs throughout the construction period from Salzgitter-Hohenrode via the B 248 to Lutter am Barenberge and from there via the B 82 to Langelsheim or Goslar and vice versa. The diversion results in a route that is approx. 15 minutes longer.
